Children and Youth Choir Training
Choir participation helps children and youth grow in confidence, teamwork, and discipline while developing their skills and listening ability. It also fosters meaningful connections and a strong sense of belonging within a supportive, faith-centered community. We encourage all children over 6 years old to be involved in the choir.
Amharic Language Classes
Learning Amharic strengthens family bonds, preserves cultural identity, and enhances communication, bridging the gap between parents and their children.
Traditional Instrument Instruction
Learning a musical instrument helps children and youth develop focus, discipline, and patience, while improving memory, coordination, and problem-solving skills. It also builds confidence, creativity, and emotional expression, and encourages perseverance and self-esteem.
Community Social Events
Being involved in community social events helps children and youth build social skills, confidence, and a sense of belonging. It encourages teamwork, empathy, and communication, while helping them feel connected to their community and develop positive values and leadership skills.
Supervised Children and Youth Events
Helps children and youth build friendships, feel included, and develop social skills. These events also promote joy, emotional well-being, sharing, and positive memories in a safe, supportive environment and healthy recreation.
Annual Camping Trips
Helps children and youth build confidence, teamwork, and independence, while encouraging physical activity, connection with nature, and lasting memories. They also support confidence, social bonding, and emotional well-being.
